Kultursymposium 2019

Visual identity for the »Kultursymposium Weimar 2019« on the subject of »Recalculating the route« How do we not lose the bigger picture in an increasingly complex world? And how do we remain authors of our lives in the face of rapid technological change? Under the title “Recalculating the route«, the Goethe-Institut hosted the second international cultural symposium in Weimar from June 19 to 21, 2019. We created a visualization of the symposium’s theme using typical symbols from a navigation system: arrows, geo-information and symbols from cartography convey the theme in a playful way and are interwoven with typography.
